Check-in begins at 1:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged on request, subject to availability, and are complimentary for select packages.

Yes, we offer pickup and drop services from Shimla railway station and the nearest airport in Chandigarh. Please share your travel details with our reservations team at least 24 hours in advance so we can arrange transport.

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are subject to a one-night charge. Peak season and long-weekend bookings may follow a different policy, which will be shared at the time of booking.

We welcome well-behaved pets in select rooms with prior notice. A nominal pet fee may apply. Please inform our reservations team while booking so we can prepare accordingly.
